win NT4/Win 2000
Use NT/2000's Task Manager to take control of your apps. When you right-click on a program that is running in the Applications tab, the bottom choice in the menu let's you match a running program with its main process. When you click on the Go to process it drops you into the process list and highlights the main process the highlight is not that bright so look carefully to find it.
