Exchange 2010 white list domains or e-mail address the easy way

There is a lot of chat about Exchange 2010 not having an easy way to white list e-mails from being picked up from the Anti spam Content Filtering in exchange 2010.  But there is a way and it is done via the GUI and Transport Rules in the Hub transport section at the Organization Level.

Create a new transport rule.

This can be a full domain *@domaintest.ca or just a single email address test@domain2.com.

One note is when you are Specifying senders e-mail addresses or domain to allow through you need to click on the arrow beside ADD and then click on External E-mail Addresses as per below
